STANDING UP TO ONLINE BULLIES
No-one can ever accuse Constance of running scared. After the announcement that she was going to appear on DWTS she faced a massive, and brutal, backlash from keyboard warriors. In this raw and brave video, Constance shares some of the comments and stands up to them. The strength she shows is impressive.
A WOMAN IN LOVE – WEDDING VIDEO OF CONSTANCE AND DENIM
If you think this is going to be a short summary of their nuptials, think again. Running at 40 mins, the video is like a Netflix special, full of family interviews, sharing of innermost secrets and a whole lotta love.
“And here it is Queens. We made this to thank you for everything, wait till the kids are asleep, pour yourselves a wine, get comfy coz you are invited to our wedding, Love Con and Denzy,” she wrote.
“I had stopped believing in love. Day after day he proved to me that this was the real thing and that what I had forgotten does exist… Never have to be alone again,” Hall began.
The video has been viewed over a million times, and people say wedding videos are boring…not here my friend!
“Eat the cake, eat the whole f**king cake.”
This was one of the posts that went viral for Constance. Why? Simply because it resonated with women everywhere. Excuse the c-bomb and read the whole post. Constance speaks to any mum feeling overwhelmed; social pressures, leaving the housework for days (or weeks!), post-natal depression, or not shifting the baby weight.
The sign off…her ‘heart still manages to repeatedly explode for the mini army of Love all day’. Couldn’t have said it better myself.
SUPPORTING YOUNG QUEENS IN KENYA
Rafiki Mwena (Swahili for loyal friend) is an Australian based not-for-profit organisation that has supported, and housed, hundreds of traumatised girls in Kenya. Queen Con has helped them raise over $200,000 to build ‘Queens Castle’, a new home for the teenage girls who would otherwise have to leave the homes to make way for more young orphans. Their original target was $75,000 but with Constance’s help they tripled the target in just a few days!
